Is this a travel agency or a cult with cool T-shirts?

We get this a lot. Nope, not a cult (yet). Wander With Teddy is a curated travel experience — think of us as your road trip crew that handles all the planning while you do all the Instagramming and memory-making

Who is Teddy? A bear? A biker? A guru?

Teddy is the founder, the guide, the camera-hugger, and the guy who probably packed extra wet wipes just in case. He’s the one turning ordinary road trips into cinematic adventures. No bear suit involved (yet again).

What kind of trips do you offer?

Epic ones. We specialize in small-group, luxury-meets-local road trips across India — from Konkan’s cliffside roads to Rajasthan’s royal dust. If your soul craves chai by the sea and stories under the stars, this is your jam.

What’s included in the trip?

Accommodations, transport, guided experiences, handpicked meals, and enough good vibes to get you through next Monday. Flights are not included — unless we invent a budget-friendly hot air balloon program.

Is it all luxury, or do I need to bring a sleeping bag and optimism?

Comfort is king. Expect boutique stays, plush cars, clean loos, and thoughtfully designed experiences. Roughing it is optional — we prefer road trips that pamper without being pretentious.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Sometimes. But we promise better connections — to nature, people, and that version of you who forgot what stress felt like.

Can I come solo? Or do I need to bring a friend or a flattering partner?

Come as you are. couples, families, friends & colleague groups & solo travelers are all welcome — we build groups that feel like friendships by Day 2 and found families by Day 4.

How do I book a trip?

Easy. Call or WhatsApp on the number in the menu bar or mail us on wanderwithteddy@gmail.com, and we’ll reach out faster than you can say “Google Maps isn’t loading.”

What if I need to cancel? Will Teddy cry?

He’ll cry a little, sure — but life happens. Our cancellation policy is fair and transparent. Check below or message us for details before your FOMO kicks in. 

Refund Policy: 21 days before the trip: 90% of booking amount,11 days before the trip: 60% of payments, 10 days before trip: No Refund.

Can I bring my pet?

We love furry copilots, but it depends on the destination and stay. Drop us a message and we’ll see if your pooch can become part of the pack.

Is Wander With Teddy safe for women travelers?

Absolutely. Our trips are thoughtfully designed, well-supervised, and rooted in respect. Many of our past trippers were solo women travelers — and they came back with stories, not stress.

What should I pack?

Pack light, pack layers, and don’t forget your curiosity. We’ll send you a detailed checklist before departure. Spoiler: Crocs are a war crime.

How big are the travel groups? Will I get lost in a sea of strangers?

We keep our groups small — usually 10 to 16 travelers. Big enough for energy, small enough for real conversations and zero "where did Raj go?" moments.

Are these trips suitable for kids or senior citizens?

These are adult-focused experiences — a mix of exploration, movement, and vibe-checks. Teens who can vibe are welcome. Seniors who love a good road and can handle light activity? Totally. Kids? Maybe wait a few years (or message us to check).

What kind of vehicles do we travel in? Are we talking rickshaws or Rolls-Royce?

Its generally your own vehicle that earns the badge of honor with you. Rolls-Royce? Only if you bring one. If you want us to arrange for you, expect stylish, comfortable SUVs or premium MPVs — always air-conditioned, always road-trip-ready. No rickshaws unless they’re for fun. 

Is alcohol allowed on the trip? Asking for a ‘friend’.

Your “friend” will be glad to know: yes, in moderation, and wherever it’s legal. We’re all for a relaxed sundowner — just not a hungover hike the next morning.

Can I celebrate my birthday/anniversary/proposal on the trip?

Absolutely! Give us a heads-up and we’ll cook up something special. Warning: Teddy’s surprise plans may include cake, confetti, and questionable singing.

What if I have dietary restrictions? Will I survive or starve?

You’ll thrive. Just let us know in advance — we accommodate vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free, lactose-free, and even "I'm-just-fussy" diets wherever humanly possible.

How fit do I need to be? Is this a boot camp or a buffet tour?

Our trips are moderate in activity — walks, light hikes, lots of exploring. You don’t need abs, but if stairs make you cry, let us know so we can tailor things.

Can I request a private/custom trip with friends or family?

Oh yes — we love custom plans. Whether it’s a birthday bash in Goa or a silent retreat in Binsar, hit us up and we’ll design your dream trip from scratch.

What happens if the weather changes or roads get blocked?

We adapt. We improvise. We find a local Dhaba and tell you epic stories while we reroute. Our Plan B usually ends up being better than Plan A.
